Ben Preziosi is a managing director of TRGP Investment Partners LP, responsible for deal sourcing, investment selection, due diligence, portfolio construction, and negotiation of funding agreements.

For 38 years as a practicing lawyer, Ben was with Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP. For much of that time, he was a member of the firm’s litigation department, dealing with white-collar criminal cases, SEC investigations and enforcement matters, complex civil litigations in federal and state courts throughout the country, and cases arbitrated under the ICC and AAA rules. In more recent times, Ben was a member of the firm’s renowned international arbitration practice group, representing states and state-owned entities in bilateral investment treaty and contract disputes in arbitrations under the ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICC rules. Ben also served for many years as the firm’s co-General Counsel.

He holds an A.B. from Princeton University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
