Will Zerhouni is a managing director of TRGP Investment Partners LP, responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, investment selection, portfolio construction, and negotiation of funding agreements. At the outset of his legal career, Will clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit for Chief Judge Prost. He was also a patent litigator for Covington & Burling in Washington D.C. where he represented life sciences and technology companies. After leaving Covington, Will became an assistant United States attorney in the Southern District of Florida.

As a technology entrepreneur, Will has also successfully run technology companies and startups. After years in tech, Will became a partner at Murphy, Falcon & Murphy and later joined TRGP. Will was recognized by the governor of Maryland when he was named to the governor’s Judicial Nominating Commission, and also serves as chairman of the board of the Middle Grades Partnership as well as on other non-profit boards.

He holds a B.A. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
